Η Beyoncé, ο Justin Timberlake, η Ariana Grande και ο Bruno Mars είναι μεταξύ των υποψηφίων για το NAACP Image Awards που θα πραγματοποιηθούν το Σάββατο 22 Φεβρουαρίου στις 21:00 στην τηλεόραση One.

Μιλώντας ο πρόεδρος της NAACP,  Roslyn M. Brock, δήλωσε «Αυτή ήταν μια απίστευτη χρονιά από την καλλιτεχνική κοινότητα, με εκπληκτική εισφορά σε όλους τους τομείς από τη μουσική, την τηλεόραση, τον κινηματογράφο,  και τη λογοτεχνία που έχουν την εξουσία και τις επιπτώσεις στην οδήγηση για κοινωνική αλλαγή».

Στη μουσική, ο Justin Timberlake και ο Bruno Mars είναι υποψήφια για το σημαντικό βραβείο Male Artist, ενώ η Beyoncé, η Janelle Monae και η Mary J. Blige περιλαμβάνονται στην κατηγορία Outstanding Female Artist.
